Whether you're looking for something special for dinner or a more casual bottle for an al fresco picnic, Bristol boasts some exciting wine shops. We've put together some of our favourite shops north of the river.

Averys Wine Cellars, Centre

Averys is a Bristol institution. With a history stretching back over 255 years, this family business is one of the UK's most pioneering wine merchants. Its setting is pretty special too - tucked away in cellars underneath bustling Park Street. If it's a casual bottle for everyday or some fine wine, you're guaranteed to find it at Averys. Visit the Averys website for more information.
