Based locally in Nailsea, Ooh! Chocolata have been making delicious chocolates by hand since 2012, expanding their product range to include everything from milk and white chocolate to dark and vegan options. Selling their first bar in November 2012, this little chocolatier has gone from strength to strength, improving and expanding its’ product to reach new heights of chocolate-y deliciousness!

LUSCOMBE

Luscombe has been crafting artisanal drinks on their Devon farm since 1975, hand-selecting organic ingredients from trusted growers worldwide. They have received a royal warrant in recognition of their multi-award-winning drinks. Their range of multi-award-winning drinks contain soft Devon water from their very own spring and freshly pressed organic fruit. Every step from sourcing, harvesting, juicing, blending, and bottling receives undivided attention, resulting in some of the most delicious drinks in the UK.

 LOST AND GROUNDED

Lost and Grounded Brewers is an independent, award-winning brewery based in Bristol specialising in Lagers and Belgian-style ales. Established in 2016, they quickly gained a reputation for being among the best in the UK. Using a specific German brewing method, these lager geniuses brew every single day of the year, perfecting their recipes, and providing a modern twist on the typical beer flavours that we are all used to.

GANLEY AND NAISH

Ganley and Naish Cider was founded in 2011 by two friends, Steve and Andy in a back garden in Totterdown. They champion elements like sustainability and provenance, as well as being vegan, organic and gluten-free. Ganley and Naish’s brand tells an intriguing story, the story of a historical event that happened in the village of the cider’s origin, which is at its heart a cider story.  Totterdown, 1830 was the last time someone was hanged at the scene of the crime. This was a story involving an illegal cider house in the village, a quarrel between farmer and landlord, and the burning of a barn. On the gallows one of the committed men spoke the words, ‘Cider has been our ruin, the ruin of us all’. From this they have based their branding on the telling of this story.

6 O’CLOCK GIN

6 O’clock Gin is a range of strikingly smooth artisan gins, handcrafted in small batches, using traditional skills and only the best natural ingredients. With its roots firmly in Bristol, 6 O’clock Gin is now available across three continents.
The name was inspired by a long-held family tradition of indulging in a G&T at 6 o’clock; a custom still enjoyed at the distillery and shared by gin-lovers all over the world.
