Head Chef Aidan Fisher has meticulously crafted an exclusive Tasting Menu spotlighting innovative culinary skills and Bristol’s finest seasonal produce. Diners who enjoy indulging in quality ingredients, attention to detail, and true gastronomic excellence will delight in the beautifully prepared dishes, from a Marseille Fish Soup with Chorizo Rouille to Mirabelle Parfait with Sticky Prune and Ginger Cake. The knowledgeable team will be on-hand to guide guests through their Tasting Menu experience and recommend wine pairings to ensure an unforgettable evening.
